Spread across 300 acres of private Herefordshire woodland and farmland, this estate is completely secluded and surrounded by valley views. Think treehouses, outdoor baths, a converted oast house and a private tennis court, all tucked into rolling countryside.

The estate has its roots as a working hop farm, and that agricultural character is still very much part of its identity. The converted oast house is the largest building on site, with five bedrooms, a large kitchen and garden room dining area, a snug, and plenty of shared living space. It works well as a base for groups who want to eat, meet and spend evenings together in one building.

Accommodation is spread between the oast house, treehouses and smaller woodland cabins, with 13 bedrooms in total. Most treehouses and cabins have their own outdoor bath and deck with views over the valley, and they're connected by woodland paths, with some clustered close together and others a short walk through the trees.

Both the oast house and the largest treehouse have flexible open-plan spaces that work for co-working, breakout sessions and boardroom-style meetings. For anything larger or more formal, there's a separate dedicated building that seats up to 20.

Between sessions, there's a lot to do without ever leaving the estate. Teams can book falconry experiences, cider tastings from the onsite cidery, yoga, sound baths, pasta-making, floristry workshops, or facilitated leadership and coaching sessions.

Food is handled through private chefs or locally sourced hampers and feasting kits, so meals can be as structured or relaxed as the group wants.
