A private estate set across over 600 acres of southern French countryside, just 30 minutes from Carcassonne. The nearest neighbours are more than two kilometres away, which gives groups something rare: complete privacy without remoteness.

The main villa has eight bedrooms, two drawing rooms with fireplaces, and a dining room that seats 16 around a long table. A separate stone cottage adds three more bedrooms and its own sitting room overlooking the lake. Eleven bedrooms in total, all exclusively yours.

The drawing rooms and dining room work well for meetings and workshops, and there are enough indoor and outdoor spaces for groups to break out comfortably. Outside, ten acres of landscaped gardens give way to forests, vineyards and olive groves.

There's a large swimming pool with stone terracing and a pool house. A cinema room with projector and surround sound doubles as a presentation space during the day and a film night setup in the evening. Bikes are available to hire locally for exploring the estate and surrounding trails.

Three fully equipped kitchens make self-catering straightforward, or a private chef can be arranged. The region is rich wine country, and tastings can be organised on request.
