Tucked into the Suffolk countryside, close to the Norfolk border, this farmstead retreat is designed for groups to slow down, connect and enjoy life at a gentler pace. Surrounded by open fields and fresh coastal air, it’s a place where nature and comfort sit side by side.
Accommodation is spread across a collection of converted barns, cottages and a farmhouse, each with its own character. Expect thoughtful interiors, log burners, modern kitchens and outdoor terraces that make the most of the wide skies.
Groups can gather around long dining tables, cook together in shared kitchens, or take the evening outside with BBQs and fire pits. For workshops or meetings, there is a dedicated event space that holds up to 26 people, with the option of adding marquees for larger groups.
For downtime, there’s a private spa hidden in the woodland, included for groups staying on site. A Finnish sauna, hot tub, cold plunge and outdoor showers sit under the trees alongside a heated pool, a yoga deck and a treatment room, with birdsong and not much else for company. Back at the farm, there’s a heated indoor swimming pool too, plus gardens where you’ll spot the farm’s friendly animals.
Activities can be arranged on site, from yoga sessions, gong baths and massages to archery, hammer throwing, floristry, clay classes, jewellery workshops and cooking or baking classes. For those looking to get out and explore, horse riding and clay pigeon shooting can also be organised nearby.
The surrounding landscape is perfect for gentle walks, cycling routes or simply wandering the grounds. Nearby you’ll find coastlines to explore, village pubs for long lunches, and local vineyards for a taste of Suffolk’s own wine culture.
