There are 234 studios and apartments, ranging from compact city studios (21–29m²) to spacious one-bedroom apartments and a 60m² penthouse suite with panoramic city views. Every room has a fully equipped kitchen, a workspace and free Wi-Fi. For corporate groups, the volume of rooms means even larger teams can be accommodated comfortably in one place.

For meetings and workshops, there's a dedicated 70m² event space with a maximum capacity of 50. The 11th-floor coworking lounge offers a more informal setting for working sessions or breakout conversations. For evening events or group dinners, the rooftop cocktail bar can be privately hired for up to 80 guests, and the ground-floor Italian restaurant and bar for up to 100.
