Hidden in the heart of South Tyrol, surrounded by vineyards and overlooked by the Dolomites, this 1920s villa has the feel of somewhere that's been quietly collecting admirers for a century. Originally built as a private residence, it spent decades as a guesthouse favoured by artists and creatives before being carefully restored into the intimate design hotel it is today.
There are ten rooms in total: four doubles and six suites, including a standout suite with a freestanding bathtub. It's small by design – adults-only, unhurried, and intentionally more home than hotel. The property is available for exclusive hire, giving your group the entire villa, gardens and pool to yourselves.
The gardens are the heart of the place – 500 square metres of greenery with a heated outdoor pool lined in original 1960s tiles, a poolhouse that doubles as a bar and breakfast spot, and a kitchen garden supplying the villa's garden-to-table cooking. A glasshouse on the grounds works as both a yoga studio and a flexible space for group sessions or dinners.
For meetings, there are three on-site spaces that can host between 40 and 80 people, with options ranging from more formal setups to relaxed breakout settings. The library and living areas also lend themselves well to smaller workshops or quieter conversations.
Wellness is covered through a partnership with a nearby hotel, where your team has free, unlimited access to a full spa – Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, biosauna, panoramic outdoor pool, treatments and daily yoga classes. Beyond the grounds, South Tyrol offers wine tasting, guided hikes, mountain biking, paragliding, and a historic cable car is a short walk away.
A generous à la carte breakfast is included, with produce from the gardens. Lunch and dinner can be arranged for exclusive hire groups, and there's a well-regarded restaurant within a few minutes' walk for evening dining.
