Set in the stunning North Yorkshire countryside near York, this collection of beautifully restored barns offers a peaceful, design-conscious setting for smaller team retreats and offsites. On the edge of a quiet rural village with open countryside and the arable family farm nextdoor, groups come here to slow down, focus and spend meaningful time together away from the usual distractions.

The barns have been carefully converted to retain their original character while introducing warm, contemporary interiors. Exposed beams, open-plan layouts and natural materials create spaces that feel both grounded and comfortable, with an easy flow between working, dining and relaxing.

Accommodation is spread across four self-contained luxury barns, with 11 en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to 17 guests in total, all in individual beds. It’s particularly well-suited to leadership teams or smaller groups looking for a more private, exclusive-use experience, with flexible room setups to suit different group formats.

At the heart of the venue is the Long Hall, a flexible space that works for meetings, group dining, presentations, workshops, yoga or sound baths. It comfortably hosts up to 22 people and can be arranged to suit your format, with a large screen and simple plug-and-play setup available.

Adjoining this is the Grand Barn, which features a large, fully equipped kitchen designed to cater for the whole group. Teams can self-cater together, or book partner suppliers for a more hosted experience.

For downtime, there’s also a games room with a pool table, darts and board games, plus outdoor space for fresh air and informal time between sessions.
